Jon is a Private Client Partner.
Jon specialises in Inheritance Tax, succession planning, wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, and estate administration, working with business owners, high-net-worth individuals, athletes, charities, trustees, executors and attorneys across a wide range of taxation and private client legal issues.
He has particular expertise working with people who own and run businesses to ensure that pre- and post-exit opportunities are captured, and their personal planning is aligned to the structure and governance of the business.
Jon is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and is the chair of the North East and Cumbria STEP branch committee.
