Aaron is a Corporate Associate.
Aaron has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, on both the buy and sell sides, covering share and asset deals. This includes corporate work as well as the specialist regulatory knowledge required for dental transactions.
Aaron works with clients ranging from sole traders and partnerships to larger corporates, giving Aaron insight into how different businesses operate and the commercial objectives that are essential to the smooth running of a transaction. In these matters, Aaron works closely with the Real Estate specialists handling the property aspects of the transaction, as well as with other parties such as banks and accountants.
Aaron’s work also extends to incorporating businesses, including transitions from sole trader status to a limited company.
He has also assisted with a range of general corporate matters, including joint ventures, share and asset sales and purchases across various sectors, and corporate governance.
Examples of Aaron’s work include:
- Assisting a large corporate client with the purchase of two companies within the same building.
- Assisting a first-time buyer purchasing their first dental practice.
- Assisting a client with the sale of a company to a large corporate.
- Drafting a shareholders’ agreement for a new business that was to provide management services to squat dental practices.
